‘There will be homemade cakes, tea or coffee and a barbecue hosted by Shaw’s Butchers of Chingford. There will also be the Copped Hall bar, a pizza and ice cream van.’
‘The Royal Heritage Living History Group will be strolling around the grounds and mansion as Georgian Ladies and Gentlemen.’
“Plants, cut flowers and produce will be for sale in the Walled Garden. You can also buy gifts and books in the Copped Hall Gift Shop and at the second-hand Book Stall. There will be children’s entertainment and live music throughout the day. The Chingford Morris Men will also be performing.’

The City Wall at Vine Street: 12 Jewry Street, London, EC3N 2HT

It showcases a brilliant collection of archaeological material excavated from the site, 2000 years of history and a large section of the Roman wall. Not just the special finds but also a large quantity of bulk material showing the breadth of evidence used to interpret the site.

COLCHESTER – Roman Circus: Roman Circus Walk, Colchester CO2 7GZ
The visitor centre, gardens and tea room with an interpretation devoted to the Roman Circus, including the reconstructed bases of the starting gates outside the centre, a model of the circus and a computer 3D model featuring the Roman town in the background.
